Everything families ask before bringing a baby home, answered honestly. Still curious? WhatsApp us — a human replies.
When can a puppy or kitten go home?
Puppies go home from 8 weeks old, kittens from 12 weeks — fully weaned, first-vaccinated and vet-checked. AVS rules and our own standards both say earlier is not fair to the baby.
Can I visit before deciding?
Please do — we insist on it. Visits are free, by appointment, and you'll meet the parents too. We never sell a baby to a family who hasn't met them in person.
I live in an HDB flat. Which breeds can I take home?
HDB allows one approved small-breed dog per flat (our Toy Poodles, Maltipoos and Corgis qualify) and up to two cats under the 2024 cat framework. Condo and landed homes have no such limits. Every listing shows an HDB-approved badge.
What's included in the price?
Age-appropriate vaccinations, full deworming, AVS-registered microchip, two vet checks, health booklet, pedigree papers where applicable, and a starter kit with your baby's current food and a blanket that smells like mum.
How does the health guarantee work?
If a vet diagnoses a congenital condition within 7 days of pickup, we'll refund in full or offer a baby from a future litter — your choice. We also share both parents' health screening results openly.
Do you take deposits? Is it refundable?
After your visit, a S$500 deposit reserves your baby until pickup day. It's fully refundable within 48 hours if you change your mind — we'd rather restart the search than place a baby in a hesitant home.
Why buy from a breeder instead of online listings?
Online listings can't show you the mother, the living conditions or real health records. Here you meet the parents, see where the litter was raised and get everything in writing — that's what the AVS licence is for.
What support do I get after taking my baby home?
Lifetime WhatsApp support from Grace and the team: feeding plans, training questions, grooming advice. We also host a graduates' playdate every quarter — yes, you'll get invited.
